Policy
Standard shipping rates are applicable on Domestic and International shipping.
For domestic buyers and international buyers, orders are shipped through our contracted logistics providers and /or domestic / international speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment receipt if the goods are in stock. LS Six Trading LLP., is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within two working days from the date of the order and payment receipt.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address of the buyer as per the order. LS Six is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
All products can be exchanged for a change in size only once.
The cost of sending the product to our registered address for exchange will be borne by the customer.
If product is deemed liable for exchange, the cost of sending the product from our address back to the customer will be borne by the customer.
The items will be exchanged PROVIDED:
1. The product is returned unused.
2. The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
3. The product is received by us in re-saleable condition. (So please use a proper courier service)
4. The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.
Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged.
Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available.
An exchange is not possible for accessories.
No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
NOTE: Items on sale/offers/closeout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

To protect customers from duplicate products and over-charging, we encourage customers to buy ONLY from www.checkeredflags.club. The products sold under the Checkered Flags brand name are also available for purchase from www.amazon.in and www.flipkart.com, however these are subject to availability and cost of shipping may vary.
At the moment we do not offer any warranty on the products on sale.

We ship from Ernakulam, Kerala, India; delivery time will vary depending on the destination. We will intimate you by email the AWB or Tracking number once our logistics provider generates it.
LS SIX undertakes to hand over the order to the courier and its liability ends there. However, since we utilize the services of a contracted logistics provider, we can take up any such issues with the contracted logistics partner PROVIDED:
1. The receiver inspects the package personally and if finding it in a damaged condition asks the courier company to return to us.
2. Does NOT sign the courier’s POD. If you suspect that your order has been damaged by the couriers mishandling, simply refuse to accept the package and ask the courier to return to us. Immediately email us informing the same, with details of the courier’s name and mobile number. Since the package is still with the courier company, we can now effectively track the package and claim damages and replace your order with a new one as soon as possible. Remember it is better to refuse a parcel that you suspect has been damaged rather than be stuck with a broken, torn or damaged item.

LS SIX takes utmost care in checking the products for damages before shipping. But on very rare occasions, if the customer receives a defective product, they must inform us within 48 hrs. We will repair or replace the product, after inspecting and validating the claim. But, LS SIX will not take responsibility if any issues are reported after 48 hrs.
No. We follow a uniform MRP throughout the country. The MRP prices are the same for all products throughout India. However shipping costs may vary.
LS Six Trading does not have any refund policy. Products can only be exchanged for size.
